What services am I receiving after initial setup?
We are an outsourced business analyst service rather than just another software tool that leaves you to manage dashboards after setup. After your dashboards are set as you desire, we are always available to make updates, add new dashboard elements, and provide expert consultations upon request. We are also constantly monitoring data feeds and available for support. All this included in a low monthly plan!
What does the initial setup look like?
It all starts with a free consultation to determine the best plan and setup for your unique business. From there we discuss needed reports and dashboards. We can build to your specifications or provide our expertise to build suggested dashboards.
What is a "dashboard"?
For our plans, a dashboard is a single portal page with a collection of visualizations elements (charts, graphs, reports, etc.). While we don't limit the number elements per dashboard, we highly recommend that each dashboard only contain related elements and limit for minimal scrolling.
What do you mean by "portal login"?
Each portal login is connected to one email address. Each portal login has its own unique restrictions (if desired) to limit access to certain information. Portal logins can be a shared account but limits customization of views and data restrictions.
What are some common integrated data sources?
Our clients typically connect to enterprise systems such as: ERP, Accounting, CRM, HRMS, Project Management, Ecommerce, Inventory, Marketing, and more. We have native connectors to over 100 common systems. In addition to our native integrations, we can connect to any system with an available API.
What if my data is messy and needs cleansing?
We're happy to help with messy data! We create repeatable data cleansing and formatting processes that become automated, saving your team hours or even days of work. During our initial consultation, we would discuss your needs and develop a custom plan to fit your unique situation.
How secure is my data?
We take data security extremely seriously. As the backbone of our services, we use a BI tool called Zoho Analytics. We chose Zoho Analytics due to their commitment to security. Data contained within Zoho Analytics is SOC2 and HIPAA compliant, providing a secure environment for your connected business data.
